Structural Features

The LHC series of coal-fired steam boilers are vertical-type shell boilers having multiple horizontal water tubes and double grates, which mainly comprise a shell head, a shell cylinder, a furnace head, a furnace cylinder, horizontal fire tubes and cast-iron grates, etc.  

The combustion system adopts a double-layered grate structure, effectively removing the dust and fume, and achieving a high heat efficiency.

The multi-layered horizontal fire tubes realize a reasonable arrangement of the heating surfaces, ensuring a good water circulation and heat exchange, and achieving an ideal heat transfer effect and a higher steam rate. 

This series adopts a natural draft mode, enabling the stocker to conveniently operate.

The boiler system comprises instruments & valves, a water-feed pump and a chimney, achieving a convenient and safer operation. The installation period is short, greatly reducing the capital investment. The boiler can be immediately put into use once the instruments & valves, the water source, the power supply and the discharge pipeline are communicated on the site. 

Applications

This series is mainly used for supplying steam for fields including pharmacy, food, daily chemicals, tobacco, wine-making, colleges, hotels and public facilities.
